Day 1 Moscow-Sergiev Posad-Yaroslavl
After breakfast travel from Moscow to Sergiev Posad. Visit the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius (entrance), the most important Russian monastery and the spiritual center of the Russian Orthodox Church. Later continue to Pereslavl- Zalesskij for a photo stop at the white stone Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral and Savior’s Cathedral. Continue to Rostov Veliky for a photo stop at the Spasso- Yakovlevsky Monastery. Early evening transfer to Yaroslavl for overnight.
Day 2 Yaroslavl-Kostroma
After breakfast enjoy a Yaroslavl city tour with a visit to the Monastery of the Transfiguration (entrance), Church of Elijah the Prophet (entrance), photo stop at Belfry Tower of the Spaso- Preobrazhensky Monastery. Continue to Kostroma for a city tour with a visit to the Ipatiev Monastery (entrance), Trinity Cathedral (entrance), Fire-Observation Watchtower, the Resurrection Church and a photo stop at the Bogoyavlensky Convent. Overnight in Kostroma.
Day 3 Kostroma-Suzdal
After breakfast continue via Ivanovo to Suzdal. Upon arrival to Suzdal enjoy a city sightseeing tour including the Suzdal Kremlin (entrance), the Cross of Chambers, Spaso-Ephimievsky Monastery (entrance), Transfiguration Cathedral and Nativity Cathedral (entrance). Overnight in Suzdal.
Day 4 Suzdal-Vladimir-Moscow-End of Tour
After breakfast continue to Bogolybovo for a visit to the glare white light single-domed Church of the Intercession on the Nerl, built on a small hill on a river meadow. Continue to Vladimir for a city sightseeing tour including visits to the Assumption Cathedral (entrance), St. Demetrius Cathedral (entrance), photo stop at the Golden Gate. Later continue to Moscow where you arrive around 5pm. Hotel nights in Moscow can be added.
