Itinerary
Day 1 Copenhagen
Upon arrival to Copenhagen you will be met and taken to your hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure. This evening you will enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel. Overnight Hotel Tivoli
Day 2 Copenhagen
Copenhagen is Scandinavia’s largest and most lively city and one of Europe’s most romantic capitals with its old castles and churches and charming squares and harbors. The morning walking tour will acquaint you with all the city’s treasures: the Royal Castle, Nyhavn with its restaurants and small boats and the City Hall Square. The afternoon is free at leisure. Day 3 Copenhagen
This morning you will enjoy a visit to Tivoli Gardens, founded in 1843 and has become a national treasure and an international attraction. Fairy tale writer Hans Christian Andersen visited many times, as did Walt Disney and many other celebrities, who all fell in love with the gardens. Part of Tivoli Gardens’ secret is that there is something for everyone. The scenery is beautiful with exotic architecture, historic buildings and lush gardens. In the evening you will enjoy the New Year Gala dinner at the hotel. Overnight Hotel Tivoli.
Day 4 Copenhagen
Day at leisure. Suggestions are to go for a walk in the city and have lunch and a coffee at a coffee shop. Some coffee shops are open on this day. Most shops and all museums are closed on January 1st, so this will be a quiet and relaxed day in Copenhagen. We also suggest a nice day trip to Malmo in Sweden. Overnight Hotel Admiral.
Day 5 Copenhagen
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport. You can extend your stay in lovely Copenhagen or continue to Norway, Sweden or Germany.
