Vienna Music Tour

Depart:
Independent Tour-Land Only

5 Days/ 4 Nights

Daily April 1-October 31

Although he was born in Salzburg in 1756 and spent the first 25 years of his life there, Vienna was the city where Mozart achieved his greatest successes. In 1762, for example, Mozart played his first concert in the hall of mirrors at Schonbrunn Palace in the presence of the Austrian Empress Maria Thersia. From 1781 until his death in 1791, Mozart lived mainly in Vienna where, in 1782 at the age of 26, he married the twenty-year-old Constanze Weber in St. Stephen’s Cathedral. You can follow in Mozart’s footsteps from the House of the Teutonic Order to Domgasse number 5 in the inner city if Vienna, the only one of Mozart’s many apartments to have survived to this day. Spectacular exhibitions at the Vienna Mozart House and the House of Music invite you to embark on a voyage of discovery during which you will be fascinated by the life of Mozart, already a legend in his lifetime.
