Itinerary

Day 1 Vienna
Upon arrival in Vienna you will be transferred to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure in imperial Vienna.

Day 2 Vienna
After breakfast you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of the city. See the famous Ringstrasse and included is a visit to the magnificent Schonbrunn Palace, the former imperial residence. Afternoon is at leisure. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 3 Vienna
After breakfast full day at leisure. This evening you will be taken to the Prater amusement park where you will take a ride on the famous Giant Ferris Wheel which gives you a marvelous view over the city. You will then drive to the Heurigen wine tavern village of Grinzing to Neustift am Walde, where members of the first Viennese Heurigen show will entertain you. Later you will enjoy a tasty dinner including 1/2 liter of wine with the unique atmosphere of the wine-tavern. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna-Salzburg
Breakfast. Transfer to the rail station for your journey through the beautiful Austrian countryside from Vienna to Salzburg. In the afternoon arrive in Salzburg, birthplace and city of Mozart, Austria’s most famous composer. Upon transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Salzburg

Day 5 Salzburg
After breakfast you will enjoy a city tour. You will see not only the most important places of the city but includes entrance to either Mozart’s Residence or Miracles Wax Museum. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 6 Salzburg
After breakfast you will enjoy a tour a tour to the Salzkammergut and its lakes & mountains, a wonderful tour to the most scenic lake district in Austria. This picturesque journey takes you into the lake region and St. Wolfgang, passing by Fuschl, St. Gilgen and Mondsee. This evening you will enjoy dinner (3 courses-drinks not included) and a Mozart concert. Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 7 Salzburg-Innsbruck
After breakfast transfer to the rail station where you will travel by train through the Tyrol, with its stunning mountain scenery, to Innsbruck. Upon arrival transfer to your centrally located hotel. Later we suggest a stroll through the historic heart of the small city and admire the sights, including the famous “Little Golden Roof”. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 8 Innsbruck
After breakfast you will enjoy a visit Swarovski’s spectacular “Crystal World”. Learn more about this very special Austrian glass and admire the many sparkling products. This evening you will enjoy a traditional Tyrolean dinner (3 course including 1 drink per person) and show. Overnight in Innsbruck.

Day 9 Innsbruck-End of Tour
After breakfast transfer to the Innsbruck Airport for your departure flight home. You can extend you stay in Innsbruck or continue to Munich, Zurich Prague or Budapest
