Itinerary

Day 1 Frankfurt
Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure in this bustling city.We recommend an optional boat excursion on the Rhine from Rudesheim to St. Goar (regular and private services available). Frankfurt is the financial and commercial heart of Germany, a city full of fascinating contrasts between modern development and historic landmarks. Overnight Hotel Movenpick Frankfurt City or similar.

Day 2 Frankfurt-Baden-Baden
In the morning travel to the city of Baden-Baden, the former summer residence of European aristocrats and world famous for its elegant spa resort. Another attraction is the casino, at the entrance of the Black Forest. Visit the city and surrounding region.

Day 3 Baden-Baden-Alpirsbach-Constance
In Alpirsbach visit the medieval monastery. In the afternoon travel to Constance, a picturesque town on the shore of Lake Constance with spectacular views of the Alps. Sightseeing tour of the city.

Day 4 Constance-Lake Titisee-Freiburg
Continue with a tour to Lake Titisee, a glacial lake in the heart of the Black Forest. Get an insight of the traditional cuckoo clock production at Hofgut Sternen. In the afternoon continue to Freiburg. Sightseeing tour of the city.

Day 5 Freiburg-Colmar-Strasbourg
The Rhine River forms the natural border between Germany and France. After crossing the river arrive to Colmar. This city is known for its outstanding wines and architectural heritage that reflect the long history of this region and the German and French influences. Continue to Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace. Sightseeing tour of the city.

Day 6 Strasbourg-Heidelberg-Frankfurt
In the morning travel to Heidelberg and visit its famous castle. The lovely city of Heidelberg is Germany’s oldest university town and one of the most popular destinations in the country. In the afternoon arrive to Frankfurt for overnight.

Day 7 Frankfurt-End of Tour
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport. You can extend your stay in Frankfurt or continue with one of our many other tours.
