Itinerary
Day 1 Opatija-Krk Island
Welcome to Croatia! Your Island Hopping adventure starts with transfer from Opatija to Krk island via one of the longest concrete arched bridges in the world (arrival transfer to Opatija is not included but can be requested.) Overnight at the Hotel Zvonimir or similar in Krk.
Day 2 Krk Island
Krk, is one of the biggest islands in the Adriatic sea. The “Golden Island” as it is called since the ancient times, is characterized by a great diversity of landscapes: the northern part is almost bare because of the strong wind called “bura”, while the southern part abounds with greenness and gentle bays. Enjoy exploring it on your own. Overnight in Krk.
Day 3 Krk Island
After breakfast you will have all day at disposal to carry on own personal activities. Overnight in Krk.
Day 4 Krk Island-Cres-Losinj
Today you will be transferred to the pier in Valbiska to embark on the ferry to the island of Cres. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Mali Losinj (Losinj island) for the overnight. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight Hotel Apoxiomen or similar in Losinj.
Day 5 Losinj
Losinj is a green island boasting a lush vegetation especially on its western side. The resort town of Mali Losinj is said to have the most beautiful harbor in the Adriatic well known since the Austro-Hungarian rule when it became a favorite of the aristocracy. Enjoy exploring Losinj on your own, or take the opportunity of visiting also the island of Cres (since it is connected to Cres island by a bascule bridge over the 11-m wide artificial canal), and its coves, bays and secluded pebbled beaches. Overnight at the hotel in Mali Losinj.
Day 6 Losinj
Breakfast at the hotel. All day at disposal to carry on own personal activities. Overnight in Losinj.
Day 7 losinj-Cres-Opatija
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the pier in Merag to embark on the ferry to Krk island. Upon arrival to Valbiska (Krk island), you will be met and transferred back to the mainland, to Opatija. Overnight at Hotel Bristol or similar in Opatija.
Day 8 Opatija
Breakfast at the hotel. All day at disposal to carry on own personal activities. Overnight in Opatija.
Day 9 Opatija-End of Tour
Tour ends after breakfast. You can extend your stay in Opatija or continue to Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split or lovely Slovenia.
