Day 1 Oslo
Self transfer to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure to relax or visit one of the city’s many cafes. Overnight Hotel Opera or similar

Day 2 Oslo-Kristiansand
After breakfast enjoy an Oslo city tour that visits the Holmenkollen Ski jump and Vigeland Sculpture Park. Afternoon self transfer to the rail station for your ride through the majestic Norwegian countryside. Upon arrival at Kristiansand, Norway’s southernmost city, self transfer to your hotel. Kristiansand was founded by the Danish King Christian IV in 1641 and still has many relics of the past. Overnight Hotel Norge or similar

Day 3 Kristiansand-Stavanger
Enjoy your breakfast then take a stroll around this lovey city. Afternoon self transfer to the rail station for your ride to Stavanger, Norway’s Oil Capital and Heritage Festival Center. Overnight Hotel Square or similar

Day 4 Stavanger
After breakfast enjoy a cruise on the famous and majestic Lysefjord with the impressive Pulpit Rock rising nearly 2000 feet above sea level. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore Stavanger’s Old Town or visit the Heritage Museum. This evening we suggest dinner at one of the many fish and seafood restaurant that dot the harbor area. Overnight Hotel Square or similar.

Day 5 Stavanger-Bergen
Morning at leisure until you self transfer to the pier for your 4 hour boat ride along the Norwegian coast to Bergen, the capital of Western Norway. Upon arrival self transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. We suggest a funicular ride up Mt. Floyen for its magnificent view of the city and the surrounding fjords. Overnight Hotel Marin or similar.

Day 6 Bergen
After breakfast enjoy a city tour of the capital of the fjords. You will see the old Hanseatic area, the famous fish market and the home of the famous composer Edvard Grieg, Troldhaugen. Remainder of the day at leisure to shop for sweaters or take a walk along Bryggen. Overnight Hotel Marin or similar.

Day 7 Bergen-Balestrand
Self transfer to the pier for your cruise through the majestic Sognefjord. Disembark in front of your hotel, the historic Kviknes Hotel. The scenery is breathtaking and the surrounding villages on both sides of the fjord are very picturesque. Dinner at your hotel (drinks not included) included.

Day 8 Balestrand -Flamrailway-Oslo
After breakfast continue your fjord cruise to Flam where you board the famous Flamrailway. This train ride, one of the most scenic in Europe, is a highlight of this tour. Arrive Myrdal and change trains for your ride to Oslo. Upon arrival in Oslo self transfer to your hotel. Overnight Hotel Opera or similar.

Day 9 Oslo-End of Tour
Tour ends after breakfast. You can extend your stay in lovely Oslo or continue to Copenhagen or Stockholm.
