Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Stockholm
Upon arrival in Stockholm self transfer to your hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful city built on 14 islands.
Day 2 Stockholm
This morning you will be taken on a city tour that will show you the highlights of Sweden’s capital. This afternoon is free to shop at NK the largest department store in Scandinavia, visit the Vasa Ship Museum or stroll the Gamla Stan (Old Town).
Day 3 Stockholm-Copenhagen
Transfer on own to the rail station for your train through the charming Swedish countryside to the quaint Danish capital Copenhagen. Upon arrival transfer on your own to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day is free to take a walk along the Stroget, the city’s famous walking street. Budget tour self transfer to the bus station and bus to Copenhagen.
Day 4 Copenhagen
After breakfast you will enjoy a city tour that highlights the many historical sights of Copenhagen including a stop at the famous Little Mermaid statue. Rest of the afternoon is free to visit the crown jewels at Rosenberg Castle, the Carlsberg Museum and the charming harbor district of Nyhavn. This evening we suggest a visit to the world famous Tivoli Gardens.
Day 5 Copenhagen-Overnight Cruise to Oslo
Day free to shop or visit one of the city’s many sights until you self transfer to the pier for your overnight cruise to Oslo. Enjoy duty free shopping and entertainment on board. Try the famous Scandinavian Smogasbord for dinner. Overnight in cabin category selected.
Day 6 Oslo
Arrive Oslo this morning. Board the city tour bus that meets the ship and take an Oslo tour that includes a visit to the Vigeland Sculpture Park and the Homenkollen Ski Jump. Luggage is stored on the bus during the tour. After the tour self transfer to your centrally located hotel. Remainder of the day is yours to visit to wander around the cosmopolitan Norwegian capital.
Day 7 Oslo
Day at leisure to visit this beautiful city located on the Oslofjord. We suggest visits to the National Museum to see the famous Munch painting “The Scream” and a stroll along the city’s main shopping street, Karl Johans Gate with its many cafes and lovely shops. Overnight in Oslo.
Day 8 Oslo-End of Tour
Tour ends after breakfast. You can extend your stay in Oslo or continue to the wonderful Norwegian fjords or Helsinki.
