Itinerary

Day 1 Frankfurt
Upon arrival you will be met and taken to your centrally locate hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight Hotel Movenpick Frankfurt City.

Day 2 Frankfurt-Rudesheim
Start in Frankfurt and follow the Rhine to Rudesheim. On the way stop at a vineyard for lunch and a wine tasting in the beautiful Rheingau region. In the evening enjoy a dinner at the historic Breuer’s Rudesheimer Schloss. Accommodation at the Breuer’s Rudesheimer Schloss

Day 3 Rudesheim-St. Goar-Cochem- Traben-Trarbach
After a short walk through the city you will board a river cruise from Rudesheim to St. Goar. In Cochem visit the famous Burg Eltz Castle. Traben-Trarbach boasts an abundance of architectural Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) treasures. Your hotel was once the scene of sumptuous Belle Epoque celebrations. Accommodation at the Jugendstilhotel Bellevue.

Day 4 Traben-Trarbach- Bernkastel-Kues-Trier
Along the Moselle River continue to Bernkastel-Kues. A beautiful romantic town located on the shores of the Moselle. Enjoy a romantic lunch in one of the exquisite restaurants. Continue to Trier, an old Roman settlement that boasts more than 2.000 years of history. Accommodation at the Hotel Villa Hugel

Day 5 Trier-Strasbourg
In the morning discover the numerous ancient buildings that shape the face of Trier. After lunch in a traditional restaurant continue to Strasbourg in France. The Alsace region is known for its delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Enjoy your dinner at a highly recommended local restaurant. Accommodation at the hotel Cour de Corbeau.

Day 6 Strasbourg-Riquewihr-Colmar- Freiburg
Your day starts with a visit to Riquewihr, classified as one of the “plus beaux villages de France” , most beautiful villages of France. After lunch in a wonderful location continue to Colmar, situated along the Alsatian Wine Route and considers itself to be the “Capital of Alsatian Wine”. Overnight in Freiburg at the Parkhotel Post.

Day 7 Freiburg-Black Forest- Baiersbronn
After a visit to lovely Freiburg travel into the green heart of the Black Forest. Admire the impressive beauty of this unique landscape. Taste some of the local delicacies like the famous Black Forest Cherry Cake and the smoked ham “Schwarzwalder Schinken”. Conclude the day with an exquisite tasting menu of Claus-Peter Lumpp. His multiple- ward-winning restaurant Bareiss awaits you with extraordinary three-star Michelin culinary art. Accommodation at the Hotel Bareiss.

Day 8 Baiersbronn-Baden Baden
From Baiersbronn take the scenic Schwarzwald Hochstrasse to the spa-town Baden-Baden. Your guide will show you the main sights of this glamorous city. In the evening you can choose to relax at the beautiful Caracalla Spa or enjoy a gourmet dinner at a local restaurant. Accommodation at the hotel Brenner’s Park.

Day 9 Baden-Baden-Heidelberg- Frankfurt
On the last day of your journey you travel to one of the most visited cities of Germany: Heidelberg, a lovely university town at the foot of a magnificent castle. After a walking tour and lunch continue to Frankfurt for overnight. Hotel Movenpick Frankfurt City.

Day 10 Frankfurt-End of Tour
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport. You can extend your stay in Frankfurt or continue to Berlin, Hamburg Switzerland or Austria.
