Itinerary

Day 1 Munich
Upon arrival you will be met an taken to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to being your exploration of the Bavarian capital.

Day 2 Munich
Your tour will start in Munich, famous for its beer and hospitality. Sightseeing tour of the city, including Marienplatz square. The afternoon is free to explore at your leisure.

Day 3 Munich-Fussen
In the morning continue to Fussen, a picturesque village nestled among towering Alpine peaks. In the afternoon visit the famous Neuschwanstein Castle, built by the infamous “Mad King” of Bavaria, Ludwig II.Overnight in Fussen.

Day 4 Fussen-Linderhof- Oberammergau-Garmisch- Partenkirchen
After breakfast visit Linderhof Castle. Then travel to Oberammergau, a picturesque town known for its Passion Play. Today’s final destination is Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany’s winter sports capital and site of the 1936 winter Olympics.

Day 5 Garmisch-Partenkirchen- Mittenwald-Innsbruck
Today continue to Mittenwald. Upon arrival in Innsbruck sightseeing tour with the city’s most important monuments. The highlight will be a ride on the modern Nordkettenbahn cable car to the Seegrube ski resort, at an altitude of 2.000 m. In the evening enjoy a typical Tyrolean evening and dinner with folkloric music and dances.

Day 6 Innsbruck-Wattens-Salzburg
Today travel to Wattens to visit the famous “World of Crystal” Swarovski Museum. Next continue to Salzburg, the birthplace of Mozart. In the afternoon you enjoy a sightseeing tour of the city with the Mirabell gardens, the Salzburg fortress, the Cathedral and the Getreidegasse shopping street.

Day 7 Austrian Lake District
After breakfast start your excursion to the Lake District of Salzburg. Your first stop will be in St. Gilgen before traveling a little further on to St. Wolfgang. Enjoy a beautiful boat trip on Lake Wolfgang. In the afternoon you will pass the picturesque Krottensee and the castle of Hottenstein. Continue along the shores of the Moon Lake to Salzburg for overnight

Day 8 Salzburg-Herrenchiemsee-Munich
On the way back to Munich you will visit Herrenchiemsee. This island in the Chiemsee is home to a fantastical palace spawned by Ludwig’s warped imagination. After a tour of the castle you continue to Munich for overnight

Day 9 Muniich-End of Tour
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport. You can extend your stay in Munch or continue to Switzerland or Berlin.
